Carrier

Affected (At Risk)
An Affected dog inherits two copies of the mutated gene and is at risk of developing JLPP.
Affected puppies typically begin showing clinical signs from approximately three months of age onwards and unfortunately have a very poor prognosis.

Clinical signs often begin during early puppyhood and progressively worsen over time.

* Changes in bark or vocalisation
* Weakness in the hind limbs
